Report a bug
Bug reports go to our public GitHub repository, where you can also see what others have reported and what's been fixed.
Before you file, have these ready:
- Docnest version: Settings → About
- macOS version: Apple menu → About This Mac
- Diagnostics: Settings → Advanced → Diagnostics → Copy diagnostics. It covers connection status and counts. It never includes document contents, conversations, tokens, raw session IDs or credentials.
No GitHub account? Email [email protected] with the same details instead.
Suggest a feature
Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. That helps more than a finished design. Search first: if someone has already asked, add a thumbs-up reaction to their issue instead.
