Post a video of you using Docnest and we'll refund part or all of what you paid, depending on its views. You keep your license either way.

Already got the 50%? When the same video passes 10,000 views, email us again and we'll send the other half.

Where to post

Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts count), Threads or X. We go by the view count the platform shows on the post. On X, that's impressions.

Views from different videos or platforms don't add up.

What to include

• Docnest in real use. A document your AI just wrote showing up in Docnest is a good example.
• The #docnest tag.
• An #ad label in the title or the first line of the caption (광고 if you post in Korean).

Keep the video public for 30 days after your refund.

How to apply

Email [email protected] with:

1. The link to your video
2. A screenshot of the post showing its view count
3. The email address you used to buy Docnest

Once we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method within a few days.

The fine print

• We refund based on what you actually paid, tax included. If you got Docnest with a free coupon, there's nothing to refund.
• One video per person.
• Bot views, bought views and views from paid promotion don't count.
• We can stop taking new applications at any time.
