Refund Policy

1. Who handles refunds

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for Docnest orders, so refunds are processed by Paddle. You can ask for a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to [email protected].

2. Refund period

Within 14 days of purchase you can get a full refund, no questions asked. If you bought more than one Mac, you can refund some of them. After 14 days, we refund where the law requires it or Paddle approves it.

3. After a refund

The refunded purchase code is revoked. The app on a registered Mac checks its license status at most once a day when it is online, and locks once it sees the code was revoked. Your documents are not affected and stay where they are on your Mac.

4. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any right of withdrawal.
